OK, I previously blogged about the Chinese New Year’s Eve dinner. Here are just a sample of what we had. These are the “must have” dishes. Shark fin soup, steamed crabs, sauteed prawns, pork chops, pot of gold (kind of like mini egg omelet with minced pork wrapped inside).
I should be glad that we do not have all these dishes every night, otherwise, I would probably on the treadmills all the time.
